About Payment
- The price is shown in Philippine peso, but we accept payments in Philippine peso, Japanese yen and US dollars.
- Payments made in currencies other than the Philippine peso will be converted at our rate on the day. In the Philippines, 12% will be added to the price as tax (VAT). At Emerald Green, if you pay in cash, tax will be the service.
- Please note that the Internet environment in the Philippines may not be usable due to bad circumstances. In that case, please pay in cash.
Booking Cancellation
- 100% for cancellation of other activities except diving, snorkeling, city tour, etc. on the day, 100% for cancellation with meal, 1 day trip, city tour etc. A cancellation charge will be applied. Please contact us for details.
- It is a basic rain event. Cancellation due to bad weather due to the customer's convenience will be charged the normal cancellation fee. In case of stormy weather such as typhoon, we may cancel the activities of diving and activities at our discretion. In that case, no cancellation fee is required.
- In case of stormy weather, the tour schedule and departure time may change significantly due to safety considerations.
Others
- Free transfer within Mactan Island. Other than that, basically a separate transportation fee will be charged. The transfer from Cebu city to the shop is P350 for one way (more than 2 people).
- People with large tattoos and tattoos on the body, and persons related to gangsters are not allowed to visit us. We appreciate your understanding.
Precautions
- Keep videos, cameras, dive computers, etc. within easy reach to avoid loss or damage.
- We are not responsible for theft, loss, or damage of equipment, cameras, etc. in the equipment washing area, in the shop, or around the shop. Please be sure to manage it yourself.
