Notice of Whale Shark Tour Pickup Time Change from June 2026

Dear Valued Customers,

Due to the following reasons, the hotel pickup times (approximate) listed on our reservation page and website for the relevant tour will be moved up for tours operating on or after June 1, 2026.

Reason for Change

Due to sea conditions and local circumstances, several instances have occurred with both our company and others where guests, despite having received numbered tickets, were unable to enter by the scheduled time and consequently missed viewing the whale sharks.

To mitigate this risk and maximize your enjoyment of the tour, we have decided to advance the pickup times for future tours.

Final Departure from Mactan Island Hotels: 2:45 AM

Final Departure from Cebu City Hotels: 3:15 AM

Please note that tours operated until May 31 will proceed at the current times.
